Refund Policy - Exchanges and store credit
We offer an exchange of any unopened item for store credit. You have 14 days to exchange of store credit is available if you aren’t completely happy with your purchase. We do not offer an exchange for personalised gift boxes or sale items. Exchanged items must be in the same condition as you received it, with original tags still attached. Once we receive your unopened item(s) we will email you with your store credit.

Please keep proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for any lost post. You must pay for return shipping costs and this cannot be refunded.
You can exchange as many or as little items in your order.
